Jonathan Logan Identified As Victim Of Homicide In Renfrew

The victim of a homicide in Renfrew has been identified by the Ontario Provincial Police.

At approximately 10:30 p.m. on Friday, authorities from the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were summoned to a residence located on Vimy Boulevard in Renfrew.

A person was discovered with injuries caused by gunshots. According to sources, the individual was declared deceased upon arrival at the hospital.

Jonathan Logan, aged 41 and hailing from Renfrew County, has been identified as the victim.

As of now, the individual responsible for the shooting remains at large. Details about the suspect have not been released by the police, however, they have stated that they believe Logan was specifically targeted.

The investigation is still ongoing, according to sources. The public is urged to contact the OPP or Crime Stoppers if they have any information.
