HK Woman Arrested After Confessing To Killing 3 Young Daughters At Home

In breaking news, a woman has been arrested by Hong Kong police on Monday after confessing to the murder of her three daughters. The children, aged two, four, and approximately six, were found deceased inside their residence in Kowloon.

According to initial investigations, a woman made a call to the police at approximately 11am, alleging that her husband had stabbed her and their three daughters within their residence located in an eight-story subdivided building on Kweilin Street in Sham Shui Po.

A 29-year-old woman was described as a “Hong Konger with Indian roots.”

Authorities responded to the location and conducted a search for the husband, who reportedly works as a food delivery driver. It was soon discovered that the woman and her daughters had not been stabbed.

Three girls have reportedly passed away after being transported to Caritas Medical Centre.

According to doctors on the scene, the girls did not appear to have suffered from knife wounds and instead showed signs of suffocation.

The woman has reportedly admitted to killing her daughters. The source also noted that the woman appeared to be struggling with a mental illness. According to reports, she was allegedly babbling and discussing ghosts.

According to reports, the woman had allegedly informed her mother over the phone earlier that day that she had murdered her daughters. Shortly thereafter, the individual contacted law enforcement authorities in an effort to implicate their spouse.

At approximately noon, the woman’s spouse arrived to assist authorities with their investigation.

According to his sister, the man and his wife had been separated for approximately a year and were in the midst of a custody battle over their daughters, as confirmed by court documents.

During a news briefing, Superintendent Alan Chung Nga Lun from the Kowloon West regional crime unit reported that the woman and her daughters had resided in the Sham Shui Po flat for approximately 11 months.

According to him, the woman did not have a history of mental illness, and there were no instances of domestic violence involving the family.

According to Supt Chung, investigators have discovered blood on a pillow that may have been utilized to suffocate the three girls.

According to the officer, blood was observed on the nose and mouth of one of the girls.

According to a tweet by Hong Kong’s Social Welfare Department, a non-governmental organization is providing assistance to a woman and her daughters.

According to Ms. Susan Chi, a volunteer at the Society for Community Organisation, an NGO situated on the second floor of the building, police were seen holding one girl while another child was being transported on a stretcher. This information was shared with the SCMP.
