Bandidos MC Shooting: Active Shooter, 2 People Dead, 6 Others were Injured After Shooting in New Mexico

Bandidos MC Shooting: After several people were shot during the annual motorcycle event during Memorial Day weekend in RedRiver, authorities are looking into the incident. The incident at Red River left 2 individuals dead and 6 others injured, according to the New Mexico State Police.

The incident appeared to be tied to gang activity, according to Red River Mayor Linda Calhoun.

The mayor adds that no immediate threat to the community exists because police have detained all those responsible for the shooting.

While others were hurried to Holy Cross Hospital in Taos and a hospital in Denver, one of the injured was transported to UNM Hospital for treatment.

Investigations are still ongoing.
