Woman found shot on I-670 in Kansas City

According to Kansas City police, a woman was discovered shot on Interstate 670 on Wednesday morning and has since passed away.

A reported injury crash in the westbound lanes of I-670 near Broadway Boulevard prompted a call to the police at 5:38 a.m. Inside the vehicle, a woman was discovered with gunshot wounds.
