ST. Louis restaurant owner fatally shot in North city

According to police reports, the proprietor of St. Louis Kitchen Chinese restaurant was fatally shot on Tuesday evening.

According to police, a shooting occurred at approximately 9:45 p.m. in the vicinity of Kingshighway and Kensington. The incident reportedly transpired when a male individual made an attempt to rob the restaurant.

According to family members, the victim has been identified as Faming Pan, also known as Randy. The details leading up to the robbery and subsequent shooting remain unclear at this time.
