Johnston Shooting: Man Accused of Killing 2 Adults, Injuring Teenager in Johnston Shooting
Johnston Shooting: According to Johnston police, a guy opened fire in an area off Simmonsville Avenue on Wednesday morning, killing two individuals and injuring another.
Police pursued the suspect to Plainfield Pike on the Cranston line, where he lost control of his vehicle and crashed, then shot and killed him there.
He was accused by police of pointing a firearm at them.
James Harrison, of 4 Ligian Court, was named as the suspect.
According to the police, Harrison first shot and killed one adult at his home before shooting and killing another adult at 2 Ligian Court. Police said the injuries to a 15-year-old girl at 2 Ligian Court were not life-threatening.
The victims’ names weren’t right away made public.
Investigations are still ongoing.
