Investigation Underway After Man Was Shot Dead Near DTLA Metro station

An investigation into a suspicious death has been launched following the discovery of a man who had been fatally shot in downtown Los Angeles.

According to police, an incident occurred on Sunday at approximately 10:40 p.m. in the vicinity of the intersection of 1st and Hill streets.

According to authorities, the man was initially reported to have been stabbed. According to investigators present at the scene on Monday, it has been confirmed that the man sustained a minimum of two gunshot wounds.

At this time, the motive is still unknown.
