18-year-old woman dies after stolen vehicle crash in Norwood identified

A second life has been claimed by the crash that involved a stolen vehicle and shut down Montgomery Road in Norwood for several hours earlier this week.

According to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office, 18-year-old Alexus Hill from Westwood passed away on Monday at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

In a tragic turn of events, the coroner’s office reported that Destiny Starks, an 18-year-old resident of North Avondale, passed away on Monday at the hospital following a crash near Cleneay Avenue.

According to police, the driver of a stolen vehicle crashed near Cleneay Avenue while attempting to flee from officers at high speed.

The authorities are currently conducting an investigation and have yet to disclose the identity of the woman who was operating the stolen car.
