Christopher Frank, a 30-year-old resident of Rehoboth, has been identified by the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office as the individual who lost his life in the accident.

According to authorities, Frank was driving a Ford pickup truck near the intersection of Pine and Walker streets around 12:15 a.m. on Monday when the vehicle suddenly swerved off the road and collided with a tree.
According to reports, the collision was detected by the crash detection system of the truck, which promptly alerted the first responders. Frank received CPR from paramedics before being transported to Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro, where he ultimately passed away.
