Danielle Agcaoili and Brandi Tyau Found Dead After Boat Sinks Off Alaska

The bodies of two sisters, Danielle Agcaoili and Brandi Tyau, were found on a fishing charter boat that was partially submerged off the coast of Southeast Alaska during rough weather conditions.

Two passengers from the charter, which was taken by two holiday couples, are still missing, according to reports.

According to Alaska State Troopers, the bodies found are believed to be those of Danielle Agcaoili, 53, of Waipahu, Hawaii, and her sister Brandi Tyau, 56, of Canoga Park, California. At 5 p.m. on Wednesday, the recovered bodies were transferred to the state medical examiner’s office.

Sitka, Alaska resident, Morgan Robidou, aged 32, and Robert Solis, aged 61, who is the partner of Tyau, are yet to be found. On Sunday, Maury Agcaoili, the partner of Danielle Agcaoili, was discovered lifeless in the ocean near their boat.

He was later declared deceased. As per the Coast Guard, the 30-foot aluminum charter yacht was last seen earlier that day in Sitka, a community located approximately 90 miles southwest of Juneau. According to reports, the boat was found in the vicinity of an island approximately 10 miles to the west of Sitka.
