Actor Adam DeVine has recounted a harrowing experience he and his wife, Chloe Bridges, had when they witnessed a man being fatally shot outside their Hollywood residence, which is worth $2.6 million.

During a live taping of the “This Is Important” podcast on Wednesday night, the 39-year-old “Pitch Perfect” star witnessed a man being shot to death from across the street. The recent events are quite alarming.

According to the user, there was allegedly a wild poker game being operated across the street. During the show, DeVine informed Blake Anderson, Anders Holm, and Kyle Newacheck.

According to the footage, the individual stated that individuals arrived in luxury vehicles such as Lamborghinis, Bentleys, and Rolls-Royces. He also mentioned the presence of older men who he believed engage in illicit activities such as soliciting prostitutes and gambling.

The witness reported observing a group of individuals and found it entertaining to observe their behavior. The witness and their spouse were situated on their balcony when they witnessed the incident and found it to be quite unusual.

During a recent report, DeVine cautioned viewers that the upcoming details were distressing. He recounted an incident that occurred at approximately 2 a.m., in which a man named Emil Lahaziel, aged 39, sustained several gunshot injuries.

According to “The Intern” actor, there was a murder that took place at that location. The actor reiterated that someone had been murdered. The individual confidently exclaimed, “I predicted it, I predicted it, I predicted it.”

According to his statement, he was thinking that “this is dastardly s-t going down here,” and soon after, someone was shot.

During the podcast, DeVine’s unexpected recall left the hosts surprised. Newacheck expressed his sadness by calling it “sad,” while Holm acknowledged the fact that the person was no longer with them by saying, “Yeah, a real person, no longer with us.” DeVine commented, “That happens, people die.”

The speaker emphasized that their story was not a Hollywood production, but rather a real-life account of their experiences. According to sources, DeVine resides across from the residence where Lahaziel tragically passed away on Wednesday morning.

According to reports, the situation intensified when Lahaziel engaged in a heated argument with another individual in the driveway.

As reported by the Los Angeles Times, Lahaziel was shot multiple times by an unnamed man who brandished a firearm. Upon the arrival of LAPD officers, CPR was administered on Lahaziel.

Unfortunately, he passed away at the scene. As per the police, the incident is believed to be non-gang related. As of Thursday morning, the whereabouts of the gunman were still unknown.
