Ryean L Floyd Accused of Raping Woman in Nashville park

According to reports, authorities have accused Ryean L Floyd of raping a woman while she was feeding her baby in a Nashville park last week.

According to an arrest report cited by news reports, Ryean L. Floyd, aged 24, has been charged with aggravated rape and aggravated kidnapping. The charges stem from an alleged attack on the victim in the parking lot on Thursday evening, where Floyd reportedly assaulted the victim in the back of her car.

According to a police document obtained by WSMV, the two individuals who were acquainted with each other, encountered each other earlier in the day at Shelby Park, accompanied by a child.

As nightfall approached, the victim proceeded to her vehicle. However, prior to departing, she commenced nourishing her offspring. According to the arrest report, Floyd reportedly approached the mother and proceeded to lift her skirt before allegedly raping her by force.

According to WSMV, police reported that during the five-minute attack, an audio recording captured the woman pleading with the suspect to stop and her baby crying.

According to jail records, Floyd has been charged with aggravated rape and aggravated kidnapping. The defendant’s upcoming court appearance is scheduled for June 12.
