Investigation Ongoing After Three Teens Shot on Rochester’s Southwest Side

A triple shooting that occurred on Wednesday night is currently under investigation by the police.

According to officers, a 13-year-old girl was found shot in the 200 block of Genesee Street just before 7 p.m. According to sources, she was transported to the hospital and is anticipated to pull through.

According to police, during interviews, it was revealed that two additional individuals had been shot. Shortly thereafter, a private vehicle transported a pair of gunshot victims to Strong Hospital.

According to the police, the 14-year-old and 17-year-old boys who were victimized are expected to survive.

A tragic incident occurred on Holland Street resulting in the death of a teenager who was caught in the crossfire. According to investigators, the incident may be connected to a crash that occurred on Frost Avenue in the 500 block.

According to police, the public is not currently in danger. At this time, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. Authorities are urging anyone with information to contact 911.
