In his letter, Governor Akeredolu stated that during his absence, his Deputy, Mr. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, will assume the role of Acting Governor.

The leave commenced on the 7th of June and is set to conclude on the 6th of July, 2023, taking into account public holidays.
