Woman’s Body Found Dead At Wildlife Refuge

In a recent development, a woman in her late 60s was discovered deceased at the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge on Wednesday, according to the Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation.

According to a passerby, the body was discovered under a blanket and authorities were notified. The identity of the victim has not been disclosed at this time. According to the FBI, efforts are underway to identify a victim who is believed to be in her mid to late 60s.

The victim is reported to be missing her right index finger and half of her right middle finger. She is described as having tan skin, possibly of Native American descent, standing at approximately 4’11” and weighing approximately 90 lbs. Additionally, there are concerns that the victim may have been diabetic.
