Shooting At West End Leaves Two Dead Of Gunshot Injuries

According to the Cincinnati police, they are currently investigating a double shooting that occurred in the West End early Friday.

According to reports, gunfire erupted in the vicinity of Linn Street and the 500 block of Liberty Street at approximately 5 a.m.

According to initial emergency dispatches, the ShotSpotter gunshot detection system reported that seven shots were fired in the area.

As per the police present at the location, two individuals were discovered with gunshot wounds – one in the leg and the other in the hand.

According to reports, both individuals were taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center for treatment of injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
