The York County Sheriff’s Office said on Saturday that a man who had been missing in York County earlier this month had been discovered deceased.
Kevin Eby, a 50-year-old resident of Fort Mill, was last seen by his wife on May 14 at his residence. His vehicle was a 2011 Nissan Versa. According to the National Institute of Health (NIH), he had Huntington’s disease, which over time causes brain cells to deteriorate and impair mobility. The sheriff’s office said that this was the case.
The Chester County Sheriff’s Office discovered his body in Richburg, South Carolina.
There is no mention of wrongdoing, and the investigation is still ongoing.
