A Laurel couple lost their lives in a motorcycle accident on Saturday night in Wilmington Township, Mercer County.

On Sunday, there was no accident report or information detailing how it happened accessible from the state police in Mercer County.

Elissa Kennedy, age 69, was one of the two riders on the bike, according to Mercer County Coroner John Libonati. She received a blow to the head from something blunt. Libonati pronounced her dead on the scene at 7:45 p.m. Her passing was coroner-ruled an accident.

Unknown age Dennis Kennedy was flown to St. Elizabeth’s Youngstown Hospital, where he passed away just before midnight.

According to authorities, the collision occurred in the 100 block of Mercer-New Castle Road at 6 o’clock.
