Katelyn Tullis Identified As Victim In Wednesday Clay Twp Fatal Vehicle Crash

In Bartholomew County, a young woman named Katelyn Tullis from Madison, Indiana, has been identified as the victim of a vehicle crash that occurred on Wednesday morning.

A fatal two-vehicle crash in Clay County claimed the life of Tullis, a 20-year-old individual, on Wednesday morning.

A collision occurred on Wednesday at approximately 8:45 a.m. on S 525 E near E 100 S near Petersville. Reports indicate that Tullis was driving a Ford passenger vehicle that made contact with an SUV.

In a recent incident, a passenger named Ayden Pittman, aged 19 and hailing from North Vernon, sustained severe injuries in a crash while travelling with Tullis. The victim was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for medical attention.

Heather Baker, 52, and Sydney Dietrich, both hailing from Columbus, were transported to a local hospital with injuries of unknown severity after the SUV they were traveling in was involved in an incident.

According to reports, Tullis was declared deceased due to injuries sustained from blunt force trauma at the location of the incident.
