Fatal Auto-Pedestrian Accident At South Western Avenue; Some Injured

A deadly auto-pedestrian accident is currently under investigation by the police.

According to police reports, an accident was reported at South Western Avenue near SW 81st at approximately 7 a.m. on Thursday.

In other news, four children managed to escape from a daycare in Norman, causing concern among parents and authorities. However, the children were later found safe and unharmed.

In Luther, a tragic incident occurred where a man lost his life after a pick-up truck heading south collided with him on the street. The family of the deceased has urged authorities to take responsibility for the incident, which involved cows on the loose. The man died at the scene.

A driver was spotted towing a 50-foot utility pole on the streets of California and has been cited for the offense. Additionally, the passenger in the vehicle was arrested.

The sole occupant of the truck, the driver, remained at the location and sustained no injuries.

Police have not identified the victim, only saying he’s a middle-aged man.
