Ashburn Man, Erik E. Grier Killed in Motorcycle Accident
Erik E. Grier Motorcycle Accident: In the vicinity of the Harry Byrd Highway on the northbound Claiborne Parkway, a deadly motorcycle collision is being looked into by the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
At around 2:37 p.m. on May 26, 2023, the incident occurred. When deputies arrived on the site, they found that only a motorcycle was involved in the collision.
The investigation is still ongoing, but preliminary findings indicate that the motorcycle’s rider lost control before hitting the barrier. The cyclist, 34-year-old Ashburn resident Erik E. Grier, has been named.
Grier was taken to a local hospital after the incident, where doctors discovered that he had unfortunately departed away.
