Following a shooting at a motel in Clifton on Monday, one person has passed away and two others have been taken to the hospital.
Just before 11 p.m., according to police, a 34-year-old man now known as Antonio Smith was discovered at the Budget Host Town Center Motel on Central Parkway in Clifton with gunshot wounds.
Smith was sent to UC Medical Center in a critical condition but later passed away. Antonio Smith has been identified as the victim by the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.
According to police, two other shooting victims arrived at a local hospital soon after the initial incident.
Currently, officials are not releasing the identities of the two victims who are still alive.
