Yul Edochie, a well-known Nigerian actor, has made an important announcement regarding his presidential ambitions.
Yul Edochie has announced on his verified Twitter page that he will no longer be running for president under the All Progressives Grand Alliance platform (APGA).
After a series of discussions and deliberations, the actor and his party members came to the decision that APGA did not have the capacity to win a presidential election at this time, according to the actor.
The actor wrote on Twitter:
“With APGA, I wanted to run for President. Following numerous consultations and meetings.
“We sat down and completed our evaluations. We set our emotions aside and focused on the facts. Our party is strong, but we do not have the resources to gain a Presidential seat at this time. As a result, I didn’t proceed.”
