On Saturday evening in Cabot, two individuals were killed after being struck by a train.
At approximately 7:30 p.m., reports indicate that the Cabot Police Department received a call from Union Pacific regarding a triggered strike indicator on a train.
Upon arriving at the Allman/Bevis Sports Complex tracks, officers discovered two deceased individuals. One was found lying on one side of the tracks, while the other was located beneath a stationary train.
16-year-old Liam Harrison and 16-year-old Charlie Elliott have been identified as the victims. According to official reports, the cause of death for the two teenagers has been determined as being struck by the train.
