The National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons (NAPTIP) has been urged to withdraw actress Tonto Dikeh as their ambassador following a week-long feud between investigative journalist Kemi Olunloyo and actress Tonto Dikeh.
In a new tweet, Kemi Olunloyo asked for Tonto Dikeh’s ouster as ambassador of NAPTIP, the Nigerian government’s law enforcement agency.
According to Olunloyo, a Nigerian agency in charge of educating young women about human trafficking and sex slavery in other nations should not have a ban.
Tonto Dikeh, according to Olunloyo, has damaged a lot of young ladies’ lives because her female followers, who are drug users and weed-laced Shisha smokers, support her terrible behaviour, threats, and blackmail.
She expressed herself as follows:
“A Nigerian agency charged with educating young women about human trafficking and sex slavery in other nations should not be represented by a poor role model like Tonto.” She performs these things for the money and has no genuine interest in the girls who have been trafficked.
“Tonto Dikeh has ruined a lot of young ladies’ lives.” You should observe her female fans’ attitudes and manner. Many are drug addicts who smoke weed-laced Shisha and support her nasty behaviour, threats, and blackmail. I strongly advise you to
REMOVE her as an Ambassador as soon as possible, @naptipnigeriato.”
