Steak and Shake Fatal Shooting: 3 Injured, 1 Killed in Shooting at South Indianapolis Restaurant – Report

Steak and Shake Fatal Shooting: One person was killed and many people were hurt late on Thursday in a shooting at a fast food restaurant in south Indianapolis.

A gunshot was heard at the Steak ‘n Shake restaurant at 4020 S. East St., and the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has dispatched officers to the scene. On Thursday, just after 11 p.m., there was a shooting.

An IMPD spokesperson said that when officials arrived on the site, they found four victims who had reportedly been shot. A victim has been pronounced deceased. When they got at the site, the other three victims were reportedly conscious and breathing.

There is no information at this time on a potential motive or suspect.
