Rochester Stabbing: Victim and Suspect Identified in Rochester Stabbing – Kent Police
Rochester Stabbing: A man was taken to hospital after being stabbed in a town centre. Police were called to Rochester High Street at around 9.30am on Friday (May 12).
According to Kent Police, the incident took place at the intersection with Star Hill. On Friday morning, there was a considerable emergency service presence in the neighborhood, and police had to block off the area.
The man received treatment on-site before being transferred to a hospital. His condition has not been further described.
According to police, a guy has been detained in relation to the event. The inquiry is still ongoing.
According to Kent Police, patrols and South East Coast Ambulance Service were called to the site where a man was being treated for what appeared to be a stab wound. He has been transported to a hospital in London for additional medical care.
“A man has been taken into custody, and we are looking into the circumstances.”
