Weston Eckert was born in Aurora, Ontario, and lived in Toronto, Ontario. He went to Athabasca University and the University of Guelph for school.

Weston was known for his creative ideas and critical approach. He was always looking for new ways to help students do better in school.

Weston worked in the field of Student Affairs for a long time and had many different jobs. He was the Assistant Residence Life Manager at the University of Guelph and the Coordinator of Residence Life at Queen’s University.

Coordinator of Residence Life at York University, Student Experience Advisor at Centennial College, and Area Coordinator of Residence Life at the University of Guelph.
