Four-times World Champion 8-Ball Pool Player, Jason Twist passes Away Suddenly
Jason Twist Obituary: A well-known World Champion 8-ball pool player named Jason Twist has died. Before he died on May 14, 2023, he had won the 8-ball pool World Championship four times.
His family and fans are sad about his death, but the reason for it hasn’t been made public yet. He had won the World Masters and was an old pro.
In 2022, he was named ALBI World Champion after winning gold for England in both the singles and team events at the ALBI World Championships.
North Somerset County Pool share the devastating news on their official Facebook page saying;
“All of us at North Somerset were shocked to hear about the passing of a legend. Jason was not only a phenom of the game but a genuinely nice man with it. We always enjoy our games with Devon, having seen him only last month showing his quality on the baize and his class off it. We can only imagine the huge impact on all his teammates. Our thoughts are with his friends and family at this time. RIP Jason ‘Tornado’ Twist”
