The caption says that the film and audio are from a real-life event that took place in Florida many years ago. The animation clip is only a few seconds long, and it shows a woman driving a car that hits kids crossing the street on their way to school.

At the end of the video, you can hear the woman in the car screaming in fear after the “accident” that killed the animated schoolchildren.
