Berwick Maine Shooting, Two Dead in Suspected Murder -Suicide on School Premises

Berwick Maine Shooting: Delaware State Police announced on Sunday that the two people found shot and killed in their Wilmington home were a murder-suicide.

On Saturday, the probe started just before 7:30 a.m. Officials said they got a 911 call from a house in the 1800 block of Veale Road, so troopers went there to make sure everyone was okay.

Officials say that responding cops went into the house through a side door that wasn’t locked.

Police found an 87-year-old man and an 86-year-old woman shot to death in their beds in the house.

At the spot, both were said to be dead.

Troopers said they found a handgun at the man’s house. The gun was in the man’s hands.

Investigations are still ongoing.
