A 38-year-old woman named Frankie Hough was driving on the M66 in Lancashire, accompanied by her two children, Tommy (9) and Rocky (2), as well as her 4-year-old nephew Tobias Welby. In Accrington, Lancs, a 22-year-old man named Adil Iqbal was taken into custody and charged with three counts of causing serious harm by dangerous driving.
Attorneys disclosed the demise of Ms. Jules-Hough during Iqbal’s appearance in Manchester Magistrates’ Court earlier today.

According to prosecutor Robin Lynch, during the short court hearing, it was described that Ms. Jules-Hough was driving a vehicle with three children inside during the incident. According to his statement, he said, “The driver has now passed away.”
Clad in a grey tracksuit, Iqbal addressed the court only to verify his name and place of residence. He then turned to face his father, uncle, and younger brother, who were seated in the public gallery. Iqbal’s bail plea was denied by District Judge James Hatton, resulting in his remand in custody. He is set to appear before Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester on June 19.
Relatives of Ms. Hough have initiated a GoFundMe campaign to assist her family, asserting that their lives have been “completely upended.” According to Debbie Wright, she was creating a page for her closest companion as it showcased how swiftly life can take a turn for the worse. Present at the hospital were Becci and Aaron Tobias, along with Ms. Hough’s parents and Tommy’s father.
